WHAT YOU NEED:

• Plastic skull
• Coloured taper candles
• Lighter
• Scissors
• Table cover or drop cloth

STEPS

1. Lay down plastic table cloth to protect the area from melted wax.

2. Cut the taper candle in half to be a more reasonable size for going on top of the skull.

3. Using the lighter and the bottom piece of the candle, start melting and dripping the wax over the skull’s head.

4. Once happy with the amount of wax dripped on the skull’s head, melt the bottom of the top half of the candle before sticking it straight onto the top of the skull.

5. Hold the candle with pressure to ensure adhesion to the skull.

6. Light the candle from the top, and also melt the sides of it to induce dripping.
