Prices and Currency:

All our prices are GST inclusive and New Zealand dollars.

Minimum Order Policy:

We have a minimum transaction value of $20 which means you won’t be able to checkout if the total value in your shopping cart is less than $20. This is to keep both our customers and us in win-win position when it comes to fixed delivery charges. For instance, when you select an item which is priced at $5 delivery charge might be $13.00. We try to make your shopping experience as economical as possible.


 Payment Options – We have flexible payment options to suit your convenience including:

Credit Cards

  • Currently we can accept Visa and Master Cards only and American Express is NOT supported. Also, we do not accept overseas issued credit cards but Australian issued cards are exception. Upon the confirmation of payment receipt (usually takes one clearance day) we will proceed order dispatch. 
  • NOTE: Your credit card purchases on will be shown as ‘Flo2Cash’ on your credit card statement.

Direct Deposit:

  • Please put your order number as payment reference and contact us immediately after deposit to make sure we have received your payment.
  • That way we can avoid confusion and delays. Please note that normal bank clearance period for deposits from non-ASB banks can take upto 3 working days and we cannot dispatch your order until this has been confirmed.)

  • Please note that we will only proceed your order once the cheque has been cleared which may take up to 4 working days since the receipt of your cheque by post.
