Return Policy
Our Policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Possible Reasons for Return
Since Printing is completely custom, we will only replace defective items or credit note for an order that you are not completely satisfied with if one or more of the following occur:
*You find the printing quality is not of a commercially acceptable level
*The design on the products you received is markedly different that the final online representation you approved
Ink colours
Please be advised- due to varying degree of monitor setting, the colours shown on your screen may not match the actual ink colours on the garments. This guide should be used for an approximate reference only. Look Sharp Store is not responsible for variations between your monitor and printed ink or colors.
Printing policy
Look Sharp would like help our customers create products with designs that are meaningful and unifying.
Our customers have diverse viewpoints and perspectives which reflected in the designs they create.
When a design does not meet our standards we will work with the customer to try to create an alternate design that complies.
If a design proposed by a customer may be offensive or threatening to others who view the design,
changes may be required for the design or a full cancellation for the order will be required.
Your own T-Shirts (At least 80% cotton t-shirts) may be used on your behalf for required t shirt printing however Look Sharp Store will not be responsible for any mistakes or defects.
We will not be able to print any pictures or text that lead or supporting to the following;
1. Anti social activities
2. Anti discrimination
3. Anti religious
4. Racism
5. Pornography
6. Terrorism
