WHAT YOU NEED:

• Colour card
• Chenille stems
• Paper plates
• Beads
• Googly eyes
• Hot glue gun
• Marker
• Scissors

STEPS

1. Draw the shape of the snail’s body onto the coloured card of your choice.
2. Cut out this shape.
3. Cut two small pieces of chenille stems.
4. Attach these to the back of the body using hot glue.
5. Secure two googly eyes to the chenille stems. You will want to use hot glue to ensure they stick.
6. Hot glue the paper plate to the snail body.
7. Starting at the centre, draw the beginning of a spiral with the hot glue.
8. Add the beads in any order to this. Change up colour and bead size for a funky and exciting pattern!
9. Continue in small increments so the glue doesn’t dry too fast.
10. Finish your spiral right to the edge of the plate.
11. Complete your snail by adding a cute smile!
