WHAT YOU NEED:

• White or grey yarn
• Black card
• Scissors
• Hot glue gun
• Piece of cardboard

STEPS

1. Wrap the yarn around a piece of cardboard many times, until you get a level of thickness for your choosing.
2. Gently pull the yarn off the cardboard piece.
3. Tie the top of the yarn bunch before cutting it in half at the opposite end to the newly tied half.
4. Split one of the halves over the other one to hide the tie.
5. Using the same colour yarn, tie the top section that is secured to form a head shape for the ghost.
6. Separate smaller chunks to form arms which will be tied at the ends using more yarn.
7. Trim the ends of the arms and the bottom of the ghost.
8. Cut out facial features in any design you desire from the black paper.
9. Hot glue the face onto the ghost’s head.
10. Pull out a piece of yarn from the head to create a hanging piece.
