WHAT YOU NEED:

• Santa hat
• Ribbon
• White tinsel
• Foam wreath
• Hot glue
• Scissors

STEPS

1. Make a mark on the styrofoam wreath for where you want to place the santa hat.
2. Wrap the tinsel around the wreath, from one of the marks to the other.
3. Trim the excess tinsel.
4. Hot glue the loose tinsel down at the ends.
5. Slip the hat on and attach with hot glue.
6. Using a small piece of ribbon, create a hook to hang your wreath with on the back of the hat, securing it with hot glue.
