1. Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

2. Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must follow us on our Official Instagram and Facebook account.
  • Take a photo at the photobooth in-stores and post it on either Instagram or Facebook and tag us with the hashtag #Looksharphalloween
  • Each participant may submit only a single entry.
  • Winner will be announced every Monday midday – 5th , 12th , 19th ,26th October and 2nd November
  • Contest runs from 28th September to 31st October

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • Entries must be original and taken at the designated in-store photobooth during the contest period.
  • Any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the theme of the contest will be disqualified.

4. Rights Granted:

  • By entering the contest, participants grant Looksharp the right to use their submitted photographs for our social media – INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK to promote our contest and winner declaration.
  • Participants retain the copyright to their photographs.

5. Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be selected every week from 28th September to 31st October
  • Winners need to fulfil the required criteria of entry as follows
  • Follow us on our Instagram or Facebook page
  • Take a photo at our Halloween Booth & upload the photo on Instagram, Facebook. Tag us with the hashtag #Looksharphalloween
  • Winners will be asked to provide a valid identity proof-DRIVER’S LICENSE, PASSPORT or 18+ CARD

6. Prizes:

  • The prize will be in the form of Gift Hamper and LookSharp vouchers.
  • Prizes can be collected from any Look Sharp Store of your choice.

7. Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via messaging on their Instagram/Facebook account on a Monday 5th ,12th , 19th ,26th October and 2nd November
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours , another winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions:

  • Look sharp reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
  • Decisions made by Look sharp are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
  • Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The use of your Content is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat or Instagram. 
  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use from time-to-time without notice by posting revised Terms of Use on the website.

9. Liability Release:

  • Look sharp is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prizes.
