CUPCAKE DECORATING WORKSHOP AUCKLAND – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By attending this free in-store workshop, attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

• This workshop is for attendees aged 18+ only.
• Entry to the workshop is free, however, due to limited capacity, priority entry will be given to attendees with confirmed registrations.
• Attendees are encouraged to arrive on time, as late arrivals may miss parts of the demonstration or activities.
• Cupcake decorating materials and supplies will be provided by looksharpstore.
• This workshop may involve ingredients containing common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and food colouring. While reasonable care will be taken, the organiser cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Attendees participate at their own discretion.
• Attendees must follow all instructions provided by event staff to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
• 30% off selected GoBake edible products and 20% off the entire NBGlobalWay range are available for everybody on event day, while stocks last. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
• Exclusive event day promotions are valid at the LookSharp Store Lunn Ave location only on 11 June during the event period.
• Photographs and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, including use on social media, websites, and advertising materials.
• By attending the workshop, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed unless they notify staff prior to the event commencing.
• Children attending the event must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event at any time if required.
• Attendees participate at their own risk. To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, the organiser will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or allergic reaction sustained during the event.
• Any personal information collected for event registration or communication purposes will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy laws.
