1. Eligibility:

  • The contest is open to ALL individuals aged 13 and above.

2. Entry Requirements:

  • Participants must follow us on our Official Instagram account @Looksharpstore, take a photo with our easter photobooth in-store and post it on Instagram. Tag us on your post for it to be a valid entry.
  • Each participant may submit only single entry.
  • All entries need to be sent in between competition period.
  • Contest starts 21st March & ends 6th April.

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • Easter Photobooth only available at selected store branches:
    (Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga & Rotorua Store Branches)
  • Entries must be original and taken at the designated photobooth during the contest period.
  • Any entry that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, or unrelated to the theme of the contest will be disqualified.

4. Rights Granted:

  • By entering the contest, participants grant Look sharp, the right to use their submitted photographs for our social media -INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK to promote our contest and winner declaration.
  • Participants retain the copyright to their photographs.

5. Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be selected weekly from selection dates mentioned below.
  • Selection Dates: 26th March, 2nd April, 7th April
  • Winners will be selected randomly based on the fulfilment of entry requirement.
  • Winners will be asked to provide a valid identity to claim prize.

6. Prizes:

  • Winners wlll receive a gift hamper prize.

7. Notification:

  • Winners will be notified via messaging on their Instagram account on a draw dates mentioned above in winner section.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 2 days, another winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions:

  • Look sharp reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason.
  • Decisions made by Look sharp are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
  • Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
    The use of your Content is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat or Instagram.  We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use from time-to-time without notice by posting revised Terms of Use on the website.

9. Liability Release:

  • Look sharp is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance and use of the prizes.
