Eligibility: The 20% off discount is applicable only to “custom printing and hiring products” purchased during the promotional period via 13th January until further notice.

Exclusions: The 20% off discount on custom printing and hiring products cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
(This includes VIP members & School Partner discounts, which does not apply to the already discounted custom printing products & Hiring service.) The maximum discount for this promotion is 20% off.

Discount Application: The 20% discount will be automatically applied once product is added into cart.

Returns & Refunds: Discounted custom printing and hiring products are non-transferable and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind regarding if the design has been printed and processed. Please ensure that all design details are finalized and approved before placing your order. If you require any adjustments, please contact us as soon as possible before production begins.
